Provide a Sponsored Employee
Under the management and guidance of a professional fundraiser, Sponsored Employees play a crucial role in supporting and inspiring more than 200 workplace campaigns across the region.Sponsored Employees also benefit from a unique professional development experience and bring increased community knowledge and a better understanding of corporate social responsibility when they return to your workplace.
Employees are seconded for 15 weeks from September to December. A seconded employee’s salary and benefits continue to be paid by their employer. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of United Way.
