Our Community Needs Your Help

The United Way of Thunder Bay has joined forces with the Thunder Bay Community Foundation to establish a COVID-19 Community Response Fund to help ensure Thunder Bay residents impacted by the pandemic have access to the supports and services they need to deal with the physical health, mental health and economic impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak.

This is a difficult time for everyone but especially for local people who are already experiencing issues of poverty, homelessness and food insecurity. The COVID-19 Community Response Fund will provide emergency funding to help ensure that people’s basic needs are met during this unprecedented public health challenge.

Your donations will support local non-profits helping those at high risk throughout this crisis. Funds will be used to pay for essential services like shelter, food, mental health supports, and unfunded health-related items.

We are all in this together. Your donation will provide the resources required to keep our community healthy during this challenging time and help to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Thank you for your support.
