February 9-29

For the Love of Pizza

We believe pizza is a universal language…but maybe we’re being too cheesy. We’ll let you decide!

Starting February 9th – International Pizza Day – we’re inviting local restaurants to prepare a unique and delicious pizza to be sold until the end of the month.

When you purchase one of these special pizzas during the month of February, a donation of $2 per pizza OR 50 cents per slice will be made to support children, youth and families in our community.

So, enjoy a slice of #LocalLove and help make some dough for the United Way of Thunder Bay and Our Kids Count!

Visit any of the following eateries to grab a slice (or a whole pie):

• Angelo’s Pizza and Sub
• Dawson General Store
• Franki’s Pizzeria
• Golden Bakery & Pizza
• The Industry Social House
• Lento Wood Fired Pizza
• Metropolitan Moose Beanery & Cafe
• Po’s Variety
• Station 22
• Tomlin Subdivision
• Delaqua’s Panzerotti Pizzeria
• Eat Local Pizza
• Gallucci’s Pizza
• Pizza Hut

Have you tried a delicious ‘za and feel the knead to show it some love? Post a photo on socials and tag us @uwaytbay and #FortheLoveofPizza so we can share the hype, too!

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we kindly recommend against sending mail-in donations.

Donations can instead be made online, or dropped off at the United Way of Thunder Bay office at 1085 Carrick St., Thunder Bay.
