PATHWAYS TO HOME

OPENING DOORS BUILDING STABILITY

Pathways to HOME brings together community partners, service providers, government, and businesses to support programs, projects, and wraparound services that address the root causes of homelessness –such as mental health, addictions, trauma, and poverty.

By working together to provide a continuum of shelter and housing options – from emergency support to transitional housing and long-term solutions – we help ensure that those experiencing homelessness have pathways to safe, dignified, and stable places to call home.
