Wasaya-United Way Plane Pull
Join The Pull and Make a Difference!
The Wasaya-United Way Plane Pull is a challenging yet fun team building activity that encourages communication & collaboration – promoting a sense of shared purpose all while doing good for community!
Be part of the fundraising success and join us Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at the Wasaya hangar for an action-packed day of friendly competition.
Teams will face off in an ultimate Tug-of-War Challenge pulling a plane weighing over 26,000lbs. for 50 feet – in the fastest time to win.
It’s going to be an epic showdown!
Proceeds from this event are in support of IYARA – Indigenous Youth Achievement and Recognition Awards, and vital community programs & services supported by United Way of Thunder Bay.
